Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

3. Alternative Options

If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, we offer several alternatives:

Attend the Original Event: You are always welcome to attend the event you initially booked.

Transfer Your Ticket: You can give your ticket to a friend, allowing them to attend in your place.

Sell Your Ticket: You may sell your ticket to someone else, but we are unable to facilitate this resale on short notice.

No-Show: If you simply cannot make it and none of the above options work, you may choose not to attend without the expectation of a refund.
